How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via email and provide the following information:

Issue Description: Indicate whether you are requesting a return or an exchange and clearly describe the issue.

Photos or Videos: Include images or videos showing the defect and the condition of the item and packaging.

Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Tracking Number Required: A traceable tracking number is required when sending your item back. This ensures we can track and process your return or exchange smoothly.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear, tears, stains, or alterations.

For non-quality issues, the return shipping fee is borne by the customer.
